Battery Alert Terms of Use
By installing or using Battery Alert, you agree to these terms. Stop using and uninstall the app if you do not agree.
Service
The app provides local time and battery-threshold reminders using notification, vibration, sound, and optional strong-alert capabilities. Availability depends on the device, operating system, and permissions granted by the user.
User choice
Alert methods are off by default. Permissions are requested only when the user enables a related option and may be revoked in system settings.
Reliability
Delivery depends on operating-system scheduling, notification access, foreground-service availability, and vendor power policies. The app cannot guarantee every reminder will be delivered exactly on time.
Local data
Reminders and preferences are stored locally. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes this information.
Limitation
The app is a general device reminder and is not intended for medical, emergency, industrial-safety, or other mission-critical use. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect losses caused by missed reminders, system restrictions, or local data deletion.
